Text Message Opt-In

Ivy, operated by Trellis Stack LLC, sends account text messages on behalf of each Venue that uses it. A mobile number reaches Ivy at one of the three points below. The wording is shown exactly as Ivy displays and sends it, for the Venue The Sanctuary SLC; every Venue's own name appears in its place.

1. Sign-in screen

On the Venue's sign-in page (for example https://thesanctuaryslc.com/login), the person enters their own mobile number and taps "Send Verification Code". Directly under the button the screen reads:

By tapping Send Verification Code, you agree to receive a one-time sign-in code by text from Ivy (Trellis Stack LLC) on behalf of The Sanctuary SLC. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

Tapping the button is consent to receive that one code.

2. Membership application

On the Venue's membership application (for example https://thesanctuaryslc.com/apply), an optional, unchecked box reads:

Ivy, operated by Trellis Stack LLC, texts on behalf of The Sanctuary SLC with notices about your application, membership and tickets.

Applying does not require checking the box. Application, membership, purchase and renewal texts are sent only to numbers with this consent on record.

Venue marketing texts (separate, optional)

The same application shows a second, separate box for the Venue's own event and promotional texts. It is optional and unchecked, and it reads:

These texts are sent by the Venue from its own number, only to people who check this box, and are registered under the Venue's own campaign.

The application screenshot in section 2 shows this box too, below the account text message box.

3. Venue staff

A Venue administrator adds a staff member in Ivy, enters that staff member's mobile number, and chooses to send the login invite by text. Ivy will not send it until the administrator confirms "This staff member agreed to receive a one-time text with their account setup link." Ivy then sends one text:

The Sanctuary SLC: You've been added as staff. Set up your login (choose your own password) here: https://thesanctuaryslc.com/admin/setup-account?token=abc123. Link expires in 1 hour. After setup, sign in at https://thesanctuaryslc.com/admin/login. Reply STOP to opt out.

Messages from a Venue's staff

When a Venue's staff write to an applicant or member in Ivy, Ivy may text that person a link to read and reply, at the number already on their application or membership:

The Sanctuary SLC: You have a message from our team. Open & reply here: https://thesanctuaryslc.com/s/abc123 (link valid 7 days). Reply STOP to opt out.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. A number that has replied STOP receives no further account texts. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
